The aim of Bwlch Tre Banau is to provide accommodation that is clean and comfortable and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full.

The following terms and conditions are to ensure that our properties are kept in the condition equal to the time you arrived.


 

Payments

An advance deposit of 25% (non-refundable) and a completed booking form are required for a reservation to become booked. Reservations become booked on written confirmation of receipt of the deposit and booking form.

The outstanding balance is to be paid 28 days prior to the start of the holiday. If the holiday is booked less than 28 days from commencement, the full charge is required on booking. Failure to send the balance payment by the due date may be viewed as the customer cancelling the holiday. Under such circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking you must immediately notify us in writing. When cancellation is made more than 2 months prior to the holiday, no further balance is required and only the deposit is forfeit. In the event of a cancellation within 28 days you will still be liable to pay the total amount due. However, if we manage to re-let the accommodation, 75% of the total price will be returned. Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality. If the cottage should become unexpectedly unavailable or unsuitable for letting (for example due to fire/flood etc.), guests will be notified as soon as possible and all payments will be refunded in full. The customer shall have no further claim against the owners


Occupancy As listed on the reservation form

Accommodation in the cottage is restricted to the persons stated on the booking form.

Additional persons only by prior arrangement with the Management. The renter may entertain a maximum of 4 visiting guests. No visiting guest may sleep overnight in the accommodation and if this occurs a 25% per person surcharge of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. The management also reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.


Check in/Check out times Arrivals

On or after 4 pm / Departure by 10 am.


Pets

We are pet friendly and there is no additional charge but the maximum number is two.

In the event that the renter brings a pet without obtaining authorization a 25% surcharge on the total cost of the reservation will be charged and the management also reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.


On your departure you are responsible for

The cottage is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A later departure time of 12pm may be possible, but this is strictly by prior arrangement as we need adequate time to prepare the cottage for other guests. Guests are responsible for keeping and leaving the cottage in a clean, tidy condition and in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. All personal waste must be removed from the property.

Guests are required to notify the owners of any damage or breakages so that replacements can be provided promptly. Charges may be made for additional cleaning, damage and breakages.


Our accommodation is smoke-free

Smoking inside may result in an additional cleaning charge. Please enjoy your cigarettes outside your accommodation.


Keys

Renters who lose their keys or lock themselves out after office hours must phone 07811 647189

The information provided, though deemed accurate is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors, omissions, change of price or withdrawal without notice


Indemnification

Bwlch Tre Banau shall not be liable to guests or to any party for any damages to property or for the injury to persons on the premises from any cause whatsoever, including defects in the premises or otherwise: guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Bwlch Tre Banau from any and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, loss of use of actions of any and any kind arising out of renters or their guests use and occupancy of the premises. The management is not responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal belongings of any kind.
